Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which LunarHost provides refunds for its services.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only available for first-time purchases made by new customers and must be requested within 7 days of the initial purchase. Services purchased during promotional offers or discounts may not be eligible unless explicitly stated.

2. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services are strictly non-refundable, including but not limited to domain registrations, dedicated servers, add-ons, setup fees, custom configurations, and any one-time services. Renewals are also non-refundable.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, users must submit a support ticket through the official LunarHost support system within the eligible period. The request must include valid reasoning and relevant account details for verification.

4. Abuse of Refund Policy

Any misuse or abuse of the refund policy, including repeated refund requests or fraudulent claims, will result in denial of the refund and possible suspension or termination of the account.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The time it takes for the refunded amount to reflect in the user’s account may vary depending on the payment method and financial institution.

6. Service Termination upon Refund

Once a refund is issued, the associated service will be immediately terminated and all data may be permanently deleted. Users are advised to take backups before requesting a refund.

7. Exceptions

In rare cases, refunds may be granted outside the standard policy at LunarHost’s sole discretion, particularly in cases of proven service failure or billing errors. Such decisions are final and not subject to appeal.
